Sanjay V. Lanka, Principal, Sustainable Biotechnology

Sanjay Lanka’s background is in the areas of Project Management, International Marketing, Market Research and Management Consulting in the U.S., Latin America and South Asia. His focus is on developing sustainable technologies for everyday life. His latest start up – Sustainable Biotechnology is focused on ways to reduce the use of chemical fertilizers by developing sustainable and cost effective alternatives.

Mr. Lanka has been a small business consultant working with small business owners to help them to develop a business plan / marketing plan for their business in order to make it successful. He does this in partnership with the Small Business Development Center Network of the Small Business Administration and the El Pajaro Community Development Corporation which is focused on Latino business owners on the Central Coast of California.

Mr. Lanka also enjoys teaching Accounting, Community Economic Development, Fundamentals of Marketing, Global Marketing and Operations Management at California State University, Monterey Bay.
